2024 RV/Camping Rates and Specials
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Zelle with monthly billing options with proper identification. We will try our best to accommodate our guests, but we do reserve the right to change sites at any time without notice. Rates are subject to change without notice. A $25 late fee applies after midnight on the 5th of each month. An additional $25 late fee after 15th and automatic eviction.
All sites have Full-Service Hookup (30 or 50 Amp) and include electric, water and sewer. (Monthly users may select from 1 of 2 cable/internet providers if desired.)
- 1 Month* – $475.00 includes Water/Sewer, private mailbox and weekly trash receptacle (plus tax with stays under 90 days). Electricity is charged based on usage.
- $250 Security Deposit REQUIRED for long-term guests. Deposit will be returned within 24 hours of checking-out as long as there are no rent balances, electric charges, property damages, or clean-up required.
- Nightly – $45.00 (Check-in at noon) plus electric daily fees and tax.
- Weekly (7 nights) – $225.00 00 plus electric daily fees and tax.
*Note: If your stay is longer than 90 days it is EXEMPT from the 10% lodging taxes!
Cancellation Policies and Refunds:
• No Show Policy – No refund available.
• Early check-out Policy – All sales are FINAL. No refunds are available after check-in.
Daily or Weekly RV (check-in at 12:00 noon):
There are no refunds if you cancel in less than 48 hours of your scheduled Check-in. If you cancel 1 week prior to your arrival we will refund 50%, unless it is a Holiday. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, we will give a full refund.
Monthly:
There are no refunds if you cancel in less than 48 hours of your scheduled Check-in. If you cancel 1 week prior to your arrival, we will refund 50% of your reservation fee. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, we will give a full refund. With either refund the monies are credited toward a future stay within the same calendar year.
Long-term Stay (3 months+)
There are no refunds if you cancel in less than 14 days prior to your scheduled Check-in. If you cancel within 30 days from your arrival, we will refund 50%. However, the amount is transferable to a future stay within the same calendar year.
